 Greetings, Families! St. Patrick's Catholic Church is blessed to be able to offer faith formation opportunities as the new school year begins! Our parish continues to focus on Family Catechesis with the goal of equipping parents to pass on the ever-vibrant, robust Catholic faith to the next generation. Parents are the primary educators of the faith in the domestic church (the home) and we'll encourage and support one another as we each grow in our vocations. The first and foremost way children learn the joys of following Jesus Christ and the truths of our Faith, is through regular family attendance at Mass. See you on Sunday (or Saturday)! Additionally, research shows that parental involvement and authentic Christian witness is a key element in ensuring that children continue to practice their Christian faith. We look forward to liturgical celebrations, classes, parent meetings, service events, and feast days to meet up with old and new friends of all ages as we press on towards deeper relationship with Our Lord. Families who register prior to the first class pay a reduced rate. Classes and events will be held for parents leading their children through Faith Formation, and for students preparing for the following Sacraments: - First Reconciliation - First Holy Communion - Confirmation We look forward to a bright and joyful year with our parish families! |
